Nail Polish and Nail Art Storage

Collection and Storage

So here's just one way that I have stored my nail polish/art collection. I have actually moved out of my apartment since these photos were taken, but I do like how everything was set up so I figured I'd share. Ya never know, it might inspire someone else to reorganize their goodies. =D

Hopefully, once I am settled into my new place, I can store my nail stuff a little differently and share it all again!
So this acrylic nail stand was about $25 at a wholesale nail supply store. It holds approximately 90-100 polishes. I plan to buy 2 more soon, because I have gotten many more polishes since this photo was taken. :O
I store my art/manicure tools inside these small peach and black containers to help keeps things from getting mixed up and cluttered. They were about $1 for 3 at Dollar Tree. I've also seen them at Five Below.

In this other drawer I have some 3D nail art, extra buffers, and all of my top coats. There are a total of 3 drawers in this storage unit. and I bought them at Target.

I keep these things inside my manicure table on the shelves. I keep acrylic, oils, sanitizer , alcohol, extra paper towels, lotions and some acrylic paint in here. :)
These flowers were just a little something to pretty-fy my manicure station, as well as the leopard lamp shade! BTW my manicure table was a custom made gift my my brother. :D

Bright Future Ahead...

So just a quick update for anyone who is actually interested... I've decided to make a legit commitment to something that I've been debating about for what seems like forever now. I signed up for cosmetology school!!! I am currently 4 weeks in, and I am forseriously in LOVE. How I came about my decision is way too long of a story, and probably very boring, so I will spare you the details.. but now my days consist of school school school!!!! I plan to graduate in September (fingers crossed) and I am still going to finish getting my degree in college and eventually transfer schools and get my bachelor's in nursing. However, I don't want to spend the rest of my college career broke, working retail jobs that are dead ends. I decided that I want to actually set up two careers for myself. I will always have something to fall back on. And I will always be doing something that I have a very deep passion for.

For any of you out there who are debating about joining cosmetology school, my advise to you would be do research, check out the schools in your area, think it through ( is this the best decision for me? can i see myself doing this and loving it? am i a people person?) and then if everything feels like its right... just go for it. Its seriously changing my life. I love getting up everyday and spending 8 hours in class. and that sounds crazy right?!??!?!?!?

So I will stop with the over sharing at this point and hopefully I have helped out at least 1 single person.

If you have any questions or would like to learn more about what my school covers... please feel free to leave a comment.

I love comments... they seriously make my day. haha

Until next time... Be safe, be happy and be healthy.

Nail Polish Collection

So I recently found a reasonably priced clear nail rack. The exact one I have wanted for forever now.. and I began to organize my nail polish collection... Which, might I add, is exhaugsting! Anywho, I realized that I have more polishes then I thought. I will probably buy 2 more racks to finish storing and for future polishes, and I will update and show my full collection then.

Anyways, for those of you interested in the rack, it cost about $25 and it holds anywhere from 90 to 100 polishes. I bought it from a nail salon supply store near my house in Philadelphia. But Im sure there are plenty other supply stores all around. Also, you can find them for a little more money on Amazon or on eBay. Good luck all. I will Update soon. :)

L'OREAL Paris Nail Polishes

So I just thought I would share two of the L'oreal nail polishes that I picked up from Target a little while back. I have yet to wear the colors but I felt as though they are truly beautiful in the bottle and figured I'd share them. They're not typical colors that I see most women wearing so it may not be for everyone, but I've never been a light/plain/one-color/just neutral polish kinda gal.

The first one is called The Muse's Attitude and its a beautiful deep green. I believed I payed $5.99 for this.

and the other is called The Bigger The Better and it is a black polish with silver glittery flecs inside. :)

I'm pretty certain that this one retails for $5.99 as well.

So let me know if you have tried these polishes and what you think. Whats your favorite color polish to wear, or do you like to wear a little of everything like me? Feel free to let me know in a comment below. <3
